Join Penn State DC Alumni at F45 Clarendon to raise money for D.C. Diamonds, the charity arm of the Metro Washington Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association for Penn State’s THON. DC Diamonds raises funds for the Four Diamonds Fund whose mission is to conquer childhood cancer. F45 is a global fitness and lifestyle community that offers a complete wellness solution, combining functional training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
